We were in Dana Point, California and we spent some time in the marina. There were larger and smaller boats throughout. We came to one of the offices right there and they had several boats for sale. This one caught my eye. It could be yours for only $1.3 million. You buy it now and you will save yourself around 20% as it did cost $1.6 million. You know you are living a different life from pretty much everyone when you can buy a boat for over a million dollars. Sadly, we had to pass.

Dana Point is where Mike tried surfing for the first time. He spent two hours in the cold water with no shirt or wetsuit and never caught one wave. Good memories...
Chels - the water in June at Dana Point is chilly. The kids still loved it but was a little too cold for me. I like my water around 100 degrees.
